Maternity photography | Wellington

I met Anatasia on a hot, sunny evening for a brief maternity photo shoot in Kaitoke regional park last week. I knew she didn’t have much time left anymore with her gorgeous baby bump and these New Zealand summer temperatures surely don’t make it feel too comfortable when you are very, very pregnant. So we wanted to make it short and quick.
Also – because it was hot and sunny – Rivendell was crowded with swimmers and sun bathers, and the idea of moving around slippery, big rocks with baby in your belly isn’t too much fun (or safe) either, we decided to stay just in one shady spot and work with that. And I think we did it pretty nice. She is absolutely stunning! And I bet her baby will be too.

Thank you Anatasia for your time. I hope it wasn’t too uncomfortable for you and I wish all the best for you and your family.
